Fromtu recognizes and respects the importance of the privacy of the users on our Sites. This Privacy and Cookie Policy (“Policy”) accounts for the processing of personal data and use of cookies etc. via this Site. On this Site, We may collect information, including personal data, which may include but is not limited to names, postal addresses, email addresses, other contact information, age, interests, gender and IP addresses.

Fromtu does not knowingly collect personal data about any persons under the local legal age applicable.

Fromtu takes all appropriate organizational and technical security measures under applicable law to protect your personal data and has thus implemented necessary security measures in order to safeguard your data. We store personal data on servers with limited access located in secured facilities, and our security measures are evaluated on an ongoing basis. The servers are protected by anti-virus software and firewalls, among other measures, and any personal data submitted will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be processed for the purposes for which they are collected.

Furthermore, the transmission of your personal data online will be secured using digitally signed certificates, ensuring safe data communication.

We are obliged to delete or fully anonymize your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was originally collected and subsequently processed. Until then your personal data will be stored on a server in Denmark. We have procedures in place to ensure that deletion or full anonymization takes place when required.

You have the right to gain access to the data processed about you, however with certain legal limitations. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to rectify the data processed if relevant or to ask to have it deleted.

Fromtu may use information storage (commonly known as cookies) to allow you to more easily use the Site and to enhance performance.
